Based on 19th century pattern Sheffield chefs knife staying true to tradition this is hand forged in Yorkshire using Sheffield made steel and the finest English black walnut for the handle.
With a ergonomic shaped handle and thin edge geometry this can slice tomatoes and carve a Sunday roast.
