Taylor Chef Knife #4

This is my signature chef knife, a modern western chef hand forged from Sheffield made 80CrV2 Steel forged with a versatile edge for chopping and slicing most foods, this knife has a thin edge profile with a tapered spine for versatility. The handle is modern ergonomic shape made from the Bolivian rosewood with brass pins.
The beveled are stone polished with natural whetstones to give it a smokey mirror finish.
