This is my signature chef knife, a modern western chef hand forged from Sheffield made 80CrV2 Steel forged with a versatile edge for chopping and slicing most foods, this knife has a thin edge profile with a tapered spine for versatility. The handle is modern ergonomic shape made from the best English grown Oak Burr with brass pins.
