This Adorable little nipper (pairing knife) is hand forged from 80CrV2 with a thin edge geometry and tapered spine will be great for detail work and Slicing fruit and veg. The handle is made from Bolivian rosewood, brass pins and shaped for easy finger pinching on the blade.
