Honesuki
This Honesuki knife was hand forged from 80CrV2 steel, designed with a stiffer spine and pointed tip for de-boning Meat but can be used to chop and slice the meat after. Handle is made from Bolivian rosewood and stainless steel and ebony spacers secured with stainless steel pin.
