Distressed Western chef knife

This western style chef is a versatile workhorse hand forged from Sheffield 80CrV2 steel, the knife has a thin geometry with a gradual taper to the tip, the knife has a "distressed" finish giving it a rugged look which means it will only get better when scratched during use. The ergonomic handle is made from British Black walnut and held together with stainless steel pins.
