This knife is made for the meat lover, it's forged into a unorthodox shape to increase versatility so it can carve meat but has a flat section for dicing meat, hand forged from 80CrV2 steel forged with thin edge geometry to reduce drag whilst carving, forged a thin spine with slight taper to the end
