Brute de forge pairing knives 
Get the quality of Sheffield steel, beauty/story of a hand forged knife at a fraction of the price.
These are forged to shape using Sheffield made 1095 high carbon steel renowned for its high hardness and toughness for excellent durability.
The handle is thick with forged chamfers and finger well for comfort, the blade has a very convex edge for high edge retention.
The finish options from left to right 
Bright - full scale removal with satin finish
Scale/satin - forge scale left on with satin bevel
Blackout - knife is etched leaving dark oxide finish
