22cm Western Chef knife

This large western style chef is a versatile workhorse for all cooking needs, hand forged from Sheffield 80CrV2 steel forged with a thicker spine at base with a strong taper towards the tip giving greater versatility, it has hand sanded flat bevels with convexity near the edge for edge durability.
The handle is made from red Balau, a highly dense and oily wood which makes it very durable over time, this is secure with two solid brass pins.
