22cm Chef knife

This light hand forged chef knife is made from the  Sheffield made cutlery steel known as Sheffcut. The knife has been hand forged with a medium tapered spine to a thin tip, the bevels have a slight convex geometry and has a satin belt finish.
The edge has a half flat then gentle curvature leading to the tip.
This knife is designed to be used as an all rounder kitchen knife used for most tasks of slicing and chopping vegetables meat and fruit.
