This lightweight slender hand forged integral utility knife is made from Silver steel, a high carbon steel used for cutlery, with a chamfered rectangular British Black Walnut handle and leadwood spacer
The knife has a forged gradual taper to a thin tip, designed to be used in conjunction with your main chef knife, utilising the slender profile for detailed work and cutting around bones ect.
