This Euro style chef knife is a versatile workhorse, it is hand forged from Sheffield 80CrV2 steel, forged with strong taper to a thin flexible tip, the bevels are hand sanded. The ergonomic shaped handle is made from British Claro Walnut and held together with bronze pins.
