19cm vegetable cleaver

This Vegetable Cleaver is hand forged from British made 80CrV2 high carbon steel, with a slight tapered spine and ground with a full convex bevel for a thin yet strong edge, slightly curved edge for easy rocking motion, perfect for precise vegetable/fruit slicing. The handle is made from prime British black walnut with a rippled figure.
