19cm utility knife

This light hand forged utility knife is made from British 1084  steel, with a octagonal British Claro Walnut handle. The knife has a forged gentle taper to a thin tip, designed to be used in conjunction with your main chef knife, utilising the thin geometry for the finer slicing of vegetables, fruit and herbs.
