18cm utility knife

This full tang construction utility knife is made from forged sheffield 80CrV2 steel, the handle is exotic zebrano wood with an angular diamond shape and held together with stainless steel pins . The knife has a forged taper to a very thin tip that is flexible, the bevels are hand sanded, this knife is designed to be used in conjunction with your main chef knife, utilising the thin geometry for the finer slicing of vegetables, fruit and herbs and filleting fish.
