15cm utility knife

This light hand forged utility knife is made from British 80CrV2 steel, with a ergonomic British Claro Walnut handle and brass pin fixtures. The knife has a forged taper to a thin tip, designed to be used in conjunction with your main chef knife, utilising the thin geometry for the finer slicing of vegetable, fruit and herbs.
