This very lightweight pairing knife is hand forged from British made 1084 high carbon steel, with a convex edge geometry, satin belt finish and tapered spine will be great for chopping vegetables and detailed work such as Slicing fruit and veg. The handle is made from prime British Burr Elm and is chamfered rectangular shaped.
