110mm pairing knife

This ultra lightweight pairing knife is hand forged from British made 1084 high carbon steel, with a sturdy edge geometry and tapered spine will be great for detail work and Slicing fruit and veg. The handle is made from prime British burr elm and has an ergonomic chamfered shape. Please note the due to the nature of this type of wood the handle had a small void filled which can be seen in the last photo, this is only has a cosmetic effect.
